Pattern Making

We manufacture any size patterns in hardwood (Meranti), resins, or aluminium, either as loose patterns, single patterns mounted on boards or multiple patterns mounted on boards. We also manufacture polystyrene patterns for once-off castings.

Green Sand Production Foundry

In our fully automated production foundry, we use standard 18”x14” and 20”x14” moulding boxes. Up to 65 sets of moulds can be made per hour.

  • 4 × jolt/squeeze moulding machines
  • Looped pallet conveyor system complete with drive (67 pallets)
