Fully Integrated, Modern Foundry Facilities
Our modern 7,200 m² foundry, located on a 43,000 m² industrial site, offers comprehensive in-house capabilities. These include a fully equipped pattern shop, automated green sand production, ferrous and non-ferrous foundries, machine shop, and dedicated inspection and dispatch bays—ensuring efficient production and consistent quality.
Quality Assurance You Can Rely On
All chemical analysis and hardness testing are conducted in-house using calibrated equipment, including our Bruker Q4 Polo spectrometer and Brinell hardness tester. Destructive and non-destructive testing is performed by SANAS-accredited laboratories, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications..

Our automated production systems enable high output and reliable lead times. We carry selected cast iron stock and can hold fast-moving items to support customer demand. With additional mini factories available and future heat treatment planned in-house, we are well positioned for long-term partnerships and growth.
